Through our work in schools, churches and in the community, HIYFC  seek to help young people reach their full potential, raising self esteem to become happy, healthy, well rounded individuals who are good citizens with secure identities. Growing confidence is a step towards being able to make healthy choices in all areas of their lives.

HIYFC is the Highlands and Islands centre of the Youth for Christ movement founded by the evangelist Billy Graham and brought to the UK in 1946. Ours is a caring ministry based on our belief that God cares about young people and wants them to know that they are loved and precious. We are able to demonstrate this concern by drawing alongside young people, in their context, and building relationships with them.

We work with all young people of whatever faith or none, and from all backgrounds.
